Meet Teresa
Affiliate BrokerChattanooga has been home my entire life. I have lived throughout the region: Brainerd, Harrison, Downtown, Red Bank, and Signal Mountain. I attended Central High School and graduated from UTC with an accounting degree. I first became fascinated with real estate by attending open houses as many potential home buyers do. As a result, the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga hired me to be their Executive Director.
While working at the Home Builders Association, I had the opportunity to learn about homes, new construction, and the remodeling industry. I dealt with builders, remodelers, subs, and suppliers daily. This gives me an excellent understanding of homes – whether you want to buy a new home or build your dream home.
I have been in the home building industry for over 17 years. I decided to pursue my passion and become a real estate agent. I have had the opportunity to help first-time buyers, move-up home buyers, retirees, or individuals who want to build custom homes. I enjoy assisting potential homeowners in finding their dream home at whatever stage of life they are in.
